  14. After 5-7 min it will become thick, add 150ml water to it.
  15. And now cook it again for next 5-7 minutes…
  16. Now it will be ready after next 7 minutes with proper consistentcy.
  17. You can store it in a glass jar or bottle for a month.
  18. For serving take one glass and add the thandai into it.
  19. Now add milk into it.
  20. Mix it using a blender or as you like.
  21. Serve it by garnishing it with pistachio…
